What You'll Do:
- Engage in value-based conversations to educate customers about their insurance options.
- Collaborate with our team to establish and meet marketing goals that help our business grow.

Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a California personal lines license (we'll assist you with the process).
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable with learning computer functions; experience with Windows and other applications is a plus.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
