**PART TIME, FULL TIME & INTERNSHIP POSITIONS AVAILABLE**

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls
Handling customer payments
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Schedule appointments, complete daily tasks, identify customer needs, and educate customers

Requirements

Able to obtain P&C Michigan Licenses within 30 days of being hired
Able to obtain Life & Health Michigan Licenses within 60 days of being hired
**Reimbursement available when obtaining licenses within the above timelines
Personable and attentive
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Able to learn computer functions
Ability to work in a team environment
